Partnership Opportunities for Schools with Limited Budgets
🚗 Option 1: Local Impact (Under 2 Hours Drive)
$800 per assembly
(For schools within a short driving distance from Hagerstown, MD).
🚙 Option 2: Regional Reach (2–4 Hours Drive)
$800 per assembly + $600 for travel & lodging costs
(For schools that may require 1 day travel and lodging).
✈️ Option 3: Nationwide (Flight Required)
$800 per assembly + $1,500 for days of travel and lodging costs
(For long-distance, multi-day travel and lodging).
NOTE: If your school needs a deeper discount, please mention it in the form and let us know how you might partner to make it possible: such as recording testimonials, connecting nearby schools, or hosting on consecutive days.

Every student deserves to hear this message even when budgets are tight.
If your school can’t meet the full rate, there are several ways we can partner together to make it possible.
1️⃣ Connect Another School ($200 discount)
- If you successfully help another school book a full price assembly on the same day.
- If traveling over 2 hours (from Hagerstown, MD) you can split the cost of travel in half.
2️⃣ Provide Recording of Assemblies and Testimonials ($200 discount)
- Allow the assembly to be video recorded.
- Provide 3-5 total of staff and/or student video testimonials about the event.
3️⃣ Help Expand the Mission ($100 discount)
- Introduce Tyree to at least three other schools that could host assemblies in the future.
- This can be done through email.
4️⃣ Provide Local Housing ($200 Discount)
- This ONLY applies if travel is over 2 hours.
- Some locations choose to house Tyree during his stay to offsite hotel lodging.
- This may include a guest room, host home, or on-site housing with access to meals.
- Providing local housing removes the lodging costs from Option 2 (Regional Reach) and Option 3 (Nationwide).
