✅ RSVP by Saturday, August 1 at 5pm
💲 Cost: Instead of charging a fee, we simply ask for a monetary donation to help cover the cost of the cookout.

If you’d also like to prepare or bring a food item, please let Carolyn Sterling (301.988.1862) know by August 1 so we can plan accordingly and make sure table space is available. Please label any containers you bring.

- Food
- Water
- Tables
- Music
- Shade canopies & a few pop-up tents
- Cornhole
- Board games
- Cards
You’re welcome to bring a cooler with any additional drinks you or your family would like.
🪑 Please Bring:
- Lawn chairs for everyone in your group
- If children or teens are attending, please bring a chair for them and something to help keep them entertained.
The cookout will be held outdoors, except for bathroom use. There is plenty of yard space if you’d like to bring a blanket.
🚭 House Rules: For everyone’s enjoyment, no smoking, vaping, or alcohol is permitted.
🚗 Parking is available:
- Double parking in the front yard (approximately 10–12 vehicles)
- Single parking on the grass near the turnaround (approximately 4–5 vehicles)
- Along the shoulder on either side of the road
